Milan forward Zlatan has been awarded the Serie A MVP for the month of October, after his five goals in the games against Inter, Roma and Udinese.
The 39-year-old has been ranked as the most valuable player of October by Stat Perform, with the help of the tracking data recorded by Netco Sports.
The fourth, firth and sixth rounds were considered in the calculation and the Serie A said the Rossoneri forward has ‘changed the face of Milan’ since his return to the League.
“Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s start to the season has been a great one, with seven goals in four games,” the Lega Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo said.
“The Rossoneri striker has changed the face of Milan since returning to our championship, driving his teammates on the pitch with his charisma and technical qualities like a true champion.
“Ibrahimovic is an infinite champion and is proof that age is not a determining factor if he works every day with seriousness, enthusiasm and passion.”
