CEO Guido Fienda has been suspended for 30 days and Roma have been fined €7,000 for breaking the anti-COVID protocol against Napoli last season.
The National Federal Court issued the sentence for Napoli’s accusations from the match between the two sides last season.
Il Corriere dello Sport reveals La Lupa CEO Fienga and Dr. Massimo Manara attended a hearing to discuss the failure of the Giallorossi bench to comply with the anti-COVID rules at the San Paolo.
The court thereafter suspended CEO Fienga from his job for 30 days and Dr. Manara for 20 days and handed the club a €7,000 fine.
Fienga will therefore not be able to access the pitch and changing rooms during the official matches for the next month, nor will he be able to represent Roma in the transfer market negotiations.
