Inter forward Alexis Sanchez had to go off after 35 minutes against Roma and Sky Sport Italia reports he has suffered a sprained ankle.
The Chilean started the match against Roma on Wednesday and Inter currently lead 2-1 over the Giallorossi.

The Chilean was replaced by Lautaro Martinez at 2-1 and the broadcaster now reveals he suffered a sprained ankle.
