Lega Serie A doctor Gianni Nanni has claimed ‘only Genoa-Torino’ should have to be postponed after the confirmation of 14 positive tests at the Grifoni.
Italian football waits for the consequences after the revelation at Genoa, who confirmed 14 members of their matchday group had contracted coronavirus.
Napoli won 6-0 against the Rossoblu last weekend and are undergoing tests ahead of their next match against Juventus, but Nanni hopes the only postponed match will be between Genoa and Torino.
“In my opinion, we will only have to decide on Genoa-Torino, except for any surprises, like with Napoli” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“They have undergone the swab tests in Naples today and will be tested again on Friday, and they will be the most important ones.
“Without catastrophic numbers in other teams, the decision will be limited to Genoa-Torino.”
