UEFA has appointed Slovenian referee Matej Jug the match between Roma and Cluj, as Bartosz Frankowski will oversee Milan-Lille and Mattias Gestraius has been given Rijeka-Napoli.
Round three in the Europa League will be carried out on Thursday, with two games in Italy, as Roma host CFR Cluj and Milan invite LOSC Lille to San Siro.
Napoli travel to Croatia for their third round in Europe, where they will face HNK Rijeka.
