Edin Dzeko underwent medical examinations today after recovering from COVID: ‘I’m fine and happy it’s all over.’
Dzeko tested positive for COVID two weeks ago and had a negative swab test today.
As per the Serie A protocol, he had to undergo medical examination prior to be resume trainings with the rest of his teammates.
After the medical examinations underwent at Rome’s Villa Stuart he said: “I am feeling fine and I am happy it’s all over,” reports Tuttomercatoweb.
The former Manchester City striker will be eligible to play next weekend against Napoli and is likely to be included into Roma’s squad to face Cluj in Europa League on Thursday.
Dzeko, 34, has three goals and one assists in seven games in all competitions so far this season.
