Roma: Friedkin’s silent revolution

Il Corriere dello Sport has reported Roma President Dan Friedkin is carrying forward a ‘silent revolution’ as several new faces are expected to join the club.

The new Roma owner is reported to be satisfied with the team’s performances so far this season.

The Giallorossi are in a Champions League placement and are only three points off table leaders Milan.

The revolution Friedkin is carrying forward is mainly off the pitch.

Chief of staff Federica Bafaro ended his contract with the club yesterday while Stefano Scalera, currently serving as Deputy Head of Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Italy, will soon enter the club’s control room.

While Roma’s search for a new director of sport continues,the Friedkins are reported to be in no rush to build a new stadium.
