The draw for the quarter-finals will be held in Nyon on Friday at 12.00 GMT.
Manchester United, Arsenal, Ajax, Villarreal, Granada, Slavia Prague and Dinamo Zagreb are the other teams in the final eight of the tournament.
Tottenham Hotspur had been one of the favourites, but they crashed out 3-2 on aggregate to Dinamo Zagreb.
Spurs had won the first leg 2-0, lost the second by the same result and fell 3-0 in extra time.
